ASOGUABO together with SOSNEGSA develop SMS and WhatsApp messaging services that allow users to interact and learn about news related to agricultural management and control. These services include:

• Sending text messages.

• Sending, receiving and statusing messages using the WhatsApp FROM META application.

You can use our services in different ways to manage your privacy. For example, when you receive a message you can write STOP to stop the sending of messages to your cell phone number on WhatsApp, you can register by going to the ASOGUABO administration or contacting us via cell phone call or email found on the main page. We want to inform you about the type of data we collect when you use our services

We collect information to provide the best services to all of our users: from determining basic information, such as the language you speak, to more complex data, such as when you read messages or respond to us. The information we collect includes the conversation between our WhatsApp service and your phone number. We also collect information about the interaction between our WhatsApp service and your phone number.

We can only collect information from the conversation (chat) between our service and your mobile number.

If you want to change the phone number with which we contact you, this can only be done when you contact an ASOGUABO administrator directly.

Export your data

To export your conversation with our messaging service you can go to the chat options and export it using the WhatsApp FROM META application.

Delete your conversations

If you want to delete messages, conversations or chats made to our numbers from the WhatsApp FROM META application, keep in mind that these may be hosted on our servers. To request the permanent deletion of these messages, you must request it from an ASOGUABO administrator. You can find the contacts on the main page of the ASOGUABO website.


We will share your personal information outside of ASOGUABO or SOSNEGSA if we have your consent or for legal reasons.

We will share personal information outside of ASOGUABO or SOSNEGSA if we believe in good faith that it is reasonably necessary to disclose such data to:
