Minimum age requirements
The messaging service we use is generally with our field or administrative collaborators who, following Ecuadorian contractual policies, are of legal age, but we know that many of our farmers do not have an academic background that makes it easier for them to manage conversations, therefore they are free to request help from their relatives or friends who may be minors, considering this, you must have the permission and accompaniment of the legal guardian of the account associated with our services so that they give their consent to what is discussed in our services.

Your relationship with ASOGUABO
These terms help define your relationship with ASOGUABO. When we talk about «ASOGUABO», «we», «us» or «our», we mean ASOGUABO and its associated entities. Broadly speaking, we give you permission to access and use our services if you agree to abide by these terms, which reflect the way we work as a business and how we make money.

Permission to use your content
Some of our services are designed to allow you to upload, transfer, store, send, receive or share your content. You are under no obligation to provide any content to our services, and you are free to choose what content you want to provide to us. If you choose to upload or share content, please make sure that you have the necessary rights to do so and that such content does not infringe the law.

License
Your content remains yours, which means that you will still own any intellectual property rights you hold in it. For example, you have intellectual property rights over content you create, such as messages you write. Or you may have the right to share content that another user has created if they have given it to you.

Using ASOGUABO Services
If you meet the minimum age requirements, you can create a WhatsApp account by following the policies set by META.
You are responsible for what you do with your WhatsApp account, and this includes taking steps to keep your account secure. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent any part of our services or software.

For all users
Both the law and these terms try to strike a balance between what you and ASOGUABO can claim against each other in the event of problems. For this reason, the law requires everyone to take on certain responsibilities (but not others) through the terms of service described above and the privacy policies.

Suspending or terminating your access to ASOGUABO services
Without limiting any of our other rights, ASOGUABO may suspend or terminate your access to the services in any of these cases:

These terms describe the relationship between you and ASOGUABO. They do not create any legal rights for other people or organizations, even if they benefit from the relationship under these terms.

ASOGUABO may update these terms and any additional service-specific terms (1) to reflect changes to its services or the way it does business, such as when it adds services, features, technologies, pricing, or benefits (or removes those that have become obsolete); (2) for legal, regulatory, or security reasons; or (3) to prevent abuse or harm.
If we make material changes to these terms or any additional service-specific terms, we will provide you with advance notice and an opportunity to review the changes, except (1) when we launch a new service or feature; or (2) in urgent situations, such as to prevent continued abuse or respond to legal requirements. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must remove your content and stop using the applicable services. You may also terminate your relationship with us at any time by stopping the messaging service from WhatsApp with the word STOP.
