The Real Impact of the Fairtrade Premium
The Fairtrade premium translates into tangible benefits for our families. We fund ongoing health programs, including medical brigades and regular clinical tests. We firmly believe in the future of the region, so we consistently invest in improving the infrastructure of local schools, provide back-to-school supplies, and donate laptops to high-achieving students. Furthermore, we improve the living conditions of our members by funding structural improvements to homes and concrete access roads.

Community and preventive healthcare

We guarantee the fundamental right to health through permanent medical clinics and mobile brigades specializing in general medicine, physiotherapy, and laboratory tests. We provide direct medical assistance and free essential medicines to farming families in the most vulnerable rural areas of El Guabo and its surrounding parishes.

Children's visual health and dental care programs

We deploy ophthalmological diagnostic days to mitigate visual problems that limit daily development, along with intensive hygiene programs and preventive dental treatments for the children of our allied communities, promoting a healthy lifestyle from the family base.

We funded the construction of modern classrooms, upgraded restrooms, and inclusive playgrounds at key institutions such as the El Oro Specialized Educational Unit and the República de Francia School. We designated safe recreational areas to enhance the learning and motor development of future agricultural leaders.

These digital platforms optimize real-time phytosanitary control, streamline direct communication with our producers in the field, and guarantee complete traceability of the fruit from the farm to the port of destination.
