The messaging service we use is generally through our field or administrative staff who, following Ecuadorian contractual policies, are of legal age. However, we know that many of our farmers do not have the academic background to manage these conversations effectively, and therefore they are free to request assistance from their [unclear/unclear].

Permission to use your content

If you choose to upload or share content, please ensure that you have the necessary rights to do so and that the content does not violate any law.

Your content remains yours, meaning you retain ownership of any intellectual property rights you have over it. For example, you have intellectual property rights over the content you create, such as the messages you write. Or you may have the right to share content created by another user if they have given it to you.

Use ASOGUABO services

If you meet the minimum age requirements, you can create a WhatsApp account following the policies set by META.

You are responsible for what you do with your WhatsApp account, and this includes taking the necessary steps to keep your account secure.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent any part of our services or software.

Responsibilities

For all users

Both the law and these terms attempt to strike a balance regarding what ASOGUABO and you can claim against each other in the event of problems. For this reason, the law requires everyone to assume certain responsibilities (but not others) through the terms of service and privacy policies described above.

Suspend or cancel your access to ASOGUABO services

Without limiting any of our other rights, ASOGUABO may suspend or terminate your access to the services in any of these cases:

You substantially or repeatedly breach these terms.

If we are required to do so to comply with a legal requirement or a court order.

 If we have sufficient reason to believe that your conduct (for example, hacking, impersonation, harassment, spamming, deception, or copying content that you do not own) causes harm or incurs liability for a user, a third party, or ASOGUABO.

If you believe our messaging service has been suspended or cancelled in error, you can appeal the decision.

Of course, you can stop using our services at any time. If you do, we would appreciate it if you could tell us why so we can continue improving our services.

Regarding these terms

The law grants you certain rights that cannot be limited by a contract such as these terms of service. These terms are not intended to restrict these rights.

These terms describe the relationship between you and ASOGUABO. They do not create any legal rights for other people or organizations, even if they benefit from this relationship under these terms.

ASOGUABO may update these terms and any additional terms specific to its services (1) to reflect changes to its services or business practices, such as adding services, features, technologies, pricing, or benefits (or removing obsolete ones); (2) for legal, regulatory, or security reasons; or (3) to prevent abuse or harm. If we substantially modify these terms or additional service-specific terms, we will notify you in advance and give you the opportunity to review the changes, except (1) when we launch a new service or feature; or (2) in urgent situations, such as preventing continued abuse or complying with legal requirements. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must remove your content and stop using the relevant services. You can also terminate your relationship with us at any time by stopping the messaging service from WhatsApp with the word STOP.
